Peak Manufacturing is an SBA certified small business located in Sterling, Massachusetts. Founded in 1981 as Waiteco Machine, we have grown from a 200 square foot facility in Acton, Massachusetts to our current facility in Sterling, Massachusetts. We are a worldwide supplier of precision, close tolerance parts made from a variety of materials.  We have extensive experience in machining aluminum, steel, nickel based alloys, vespel, monel, Haynes Ultimet, Hastelloy, beryllium copper, brass, titanium, inkonel, ceramics, nylons, Peek, Ultem, and Delrin, to name a few.

We manufacture high quality precision machined components from one piece prototypes to large batch quantities measured in the thousand of pieces. We have extensive prototype and CNC milling/lathe/Swiss style turning machinery and expertise that we can offer to our customers.

Because our customer's products demand high quality and tight tolerances, we typically manufacture parts with tolerances of .0001 or less. Our Matsuura, Haas and Prototrak machines are capable of meeting whatever your engineering staff has designed for your critical applications. Your demanding components are our bread and butter!
